Were very happy to announce a new EP by Bjorn Torske The Kok EP was recorded around the same time of his previous album Kokning. Through series of studio sessions of experimenting with different sounds instruments, objects of different textures, whose sounds were played within different spaces of various acoustics. The tracks from these sessions involves more organicacoustic sound basics and less programmed patterns than Torskes previous albums. Bjørn Torske will release the third and final instalment in the Kok trilogy on December 9th. The trilogy began with 2010's Kokning-an album characterised by off-the-beaten path charm according to RA's review. That was followed by a remix EP called Oppkok in 2012, which featured reworks from DJ Harvey, Crimea X and Todd Terje. As with the first two releases, it will come out on Smalltown Supersound, a label Torske has been closely affiliated with since 2006
